Baxter Philips are delighted to announce that Sinclair Jones, Surveyors & Valuers and Commercial Agents, has been incorporated into the business with effect from 1st April 2024. This follows the successful merger between Baxter Philips and long-established Chartered Surveyors and property management specialist BC Martin & Co in 2021, marking the next phase of Baxter Philips planned growth, and we warmly welcome Mark Jones as Consultant; Barry Martin also continues as Consultant to the business. Sinclair Jones was founded in 1983 by Mark Jones and Jeff Sinclair, with Tony Fenn joining them later in the Partnership. A proudly independent property practice, Sinclair Jones specialised in valuation work, commercial property rent reviews and lease renewals, leasehold reform and commercial property lettings, sales and aquisitions, predominantly in and around south-east London and north-west Kent, encompassing the London Boroughs of Bromley, Bexley, Croydon, Greenwich and Lewisham and the District Councils of Dartford, Gravesham and Sevenoaks; Mark now brings his considerable skills to Baxter Philips.
