Investment

On behalf of a wide variety of clients, we advise and negotiate the acquisition and sale of all types of commercial and residential investments. These include properties with development potential, income-producing properties for ension funds, and commercial properties that are suitable for asset management portfolios.

The investment market is kept closely under review and in liaison with our Commercial Agency, Valuation and Property Management departments, we offer unbiased and realoistic advice.

We can offer acquisition and management packages to established or new investors. 

We can also assist owner occupiers who may wish to release funds that are tied up in their property asstes to invest money back into the business, by considering the sale and leaseback of their commercial property, and the longer term implication of those transactions. This arrangement enables commercial property owners to release the freehiold ownership of the property while leasing the building back on commercial terms,enabling it to retain occupation of the property.
