Our Property Management service is tailored to retail, office and industrial property covering a geographical area from the South coast to the Midlands, from single unit properties through to multi let office blocks and industrial estates and clients ranging from individual property owners through to large property companies and pension funds.

The service includes the collection of rents and services charges, service charge budgeting, arranging  landlords insurance and recovery from the tenant, supervision of maintenance works, advance notification of and advice on rent reviews and lease expiry/renewals, dilapidations and arranging landlord’s buildings insurance.
